Giving psychology away is a proud tradition in clinical
psychology. As such I have collated a library helpful free resources.
Accessing these resources may prompt you to ask
'Can you experience therapy through reading an article,' watching a video, listening to an audio programme or using an app? In my experience there are significant differences between these forms of receiving help. All of them seem to help in different ways.

Please note if you are in an emergency, it is advised you, contact your GP and ask for an emergency appointment. The NHS 24 service provides urgent health advice for when your GP practice is closed just call 111. Alternatively present at any Accident and Emergency (A&E) department and ask for a mental health assessment. If you think that your or someone else's life is at risk you should phone 999 immediately.
